Current: Employee Application
Employee Application controls the company-wide defaults for the employee app. Use this window to decide which tools employees can open, which picker they use to clock in, and how much job and schedule detail they can see.
These settings establish the default employee app experience for your company. If one employee needs a different setup, update that employee's record instead of changing the company defaults here.
Option Descriptions
General
Enable web/app based clock in
When enabled, this setting turns on web/app based clock in.
Prevent clock in for blocked GPS
When enabled, this setting prevents clock in for blocked gps.
Prevent clock in based on employee distance from job site
When enabled, this setting prevents clock in based on employee distance from job site.
Enable access to trouble tickets feature
Adds Trouble Tickets to the employee app so employees can submit issues from the field.
Enable access to schedule feature
Lets employees open and review their schedules in the employee app.
Enable access to timecard feature
Lets employees review their timecard details and recent hours worked in the employee app.
Shift Details
Show job site details
Shows job site details from the job site record on the employee check-in screen and schedule view.
Show job details
Shows job details from the job record on the employee check-in screen and schedule view.
Show schedule details
Shows schedule details from the schedule record on the employee check-in screen and schedule view.
If you need different defaults for one employee, open that employee in Employees and override the setting there.
