Employees can clock in and out using the method or methods your company has enabled for them. Most companies use one or more of these options:
The native employee app is available for iPhone and Android devices. Employees can also use the browser-based employee web app at timeclock.telephonetimesheets.com when their company allows web clock-in.
The exact clock-in experience depends on your employer's configuration. Some employees clock in from their own mobile phone, some call a dedicated company toll-free number, and some use a shared device at the job site.
If your company uses location verification, checkpoints, or in-shift reporting, employees may also need to allow location access and use the employee app during an active shift.

Use the employee app or the employee web app when your company wants employees to clock in from their own device, review shift details, or complete actions during the shift.

Use the call-in method when your company has assigned employees a dedicated Telephone Timesheets toll-free number for clocking in and out.

Use a timeclock station when employees are expected to clock in from a shared device or kiosk at the work site instead of a personal phone.
