Profile Updates is where administrators review employee profile photos before they become the employee's approved profile image in Telephone Timesheets.
Open this page from the Profile Updates banner when employees have submitted photos that need review. The banner appears in the Administrative Portal only when profile-photo review is available for the company and there are pending updates.
Each pending profile photo appears as a card with the employee name, supervisor name, photo preview, and review actions. Click a card to select it for a bulk action. Selected cards show a green checkmark so you can confirm which photos are included before approving or rejecting them together.
Use Select All when every visible card should receive the same action. Use Clear Selection to remove the current selection before choosing a smaller group.
Use Approve on an individual card when that employee's submitted photo should become the approved profile image.
Use Reject when the submitted photo should not be used. After rejecting a photo, Telephone Timesheets can open a follow-up text prompt so you can optionally tell the employee why the photo was rejected and what to submit instead.
If the administrator does not have permission to update employee records, the page shows a not-authorized message instead of completing the approval or rejection.
After selecting one or more cards, use Approve Selected or Reject Selected to apply the same decision to every selected profile photo.
A confirmation window appears before the bulk action is completed. Confirm the action only after you have checked that the selected cards are the ones you intend to update.
Bulk actions are helpful when several employees submitted acceptable photos at the same time, or when several photos need to be rejected for the same reason.
If there are no pending profile photos, the page shows No Pending Updates. The banner also disappears when there are no profile updates waiting for review.
