Current: Editing Tickets

Administrative Portal > Operations > Trouble Tickets > Editing Tickets

You can edit a ticket entry by clicking on the green edit button in the Actions column for that ticket entry. This will bring you to the Edit Ticket Entry form. Here you can modify ticket details. This will have the same fields as the Add Ticket Entry form. Go to the “Adding Tickets” section of the manual to learn more about the form.
