Current: Navigation Shortcuts
Use Navigation Shortcuts to choose which shortcut links appear in the bookmark menu in the portal header.
When the shortcuts menu is enabled, supervisors and office users can open the bookmark icon in the header to reach frequently used pages more quickly.
Configure Company Shortcuts
- Select the menu items you want to include in the shortcuts menu.
- Drag the list into the order you want users to see.
- Add divider lines to separate groups of shortcuts.
- Clear the list to return to the default company shortcut menu.
How The Shortcut Menu Works
The company shortcut list becomes the default menu for users in your account. If the shortcuts menu is enabled, users will see a bookmark icon in the portal header and can open it to access the saved links.
If you do not see the bookmark icon in the header, confirm that the shortcuts menu has been enabled in General Settings.
User-Specific Shortcut Lists
Company shortcuts apply by default. A user can have a different shortcut list only when a user-specific override has been configured for that person.
