Administrative Portal > Operations > Trouble Tickets > Viewing Tickets

Assigned tickets can be viewed in the banners at the top of the page. The My Tickets banner will show the current number of assigned tickets. The Open/Assigned/Closed banner shows all of the current open, assigned, and closed tickets.
