Analytics / Health controls which health checks appear in Health Center and which of those checks contribute to the overall health score. Use this window to decide which items are visible, which ones affect scoring, and whether to return to the recommended defaults.
This window is organized into expandable sections instead of one fixed list. Each health item can be enabled or disabled independently, and each item can either contribute to the score or be informational only.
Option Descriptions
Window Controls
Filter items
Searches the list of health checks by keyword so you can find a specific item quickly.
collapse all / expand all
Closes or opens all sections in the window.
Reset To Defaults
Restores the recommended Health Center configuration.
How Health Items Behave
Enabled
Turns the item on or off. When an item is off, it will not be shown in Health Center.
Contribute to health score
Controls whether the item affects the overall health score.
Using recommended setting
Shows when the current item matches the Telephone Timesheets recommended default.
Recommendation messages
If an item does not match the default recommendation, the window shows whether Telephone Timesheets recommends enabling or disabling contribution for that item.

Categories and sections
Health checks are grouped into expandable sections so related items stay together.
Item cards
Each health item appears on its own card with its label, description, enabled state, and contribution setting.
Disabled items
When an item is disabled, the card shows that it will not be shown in Health Center.
If you want to simplify what supervisors see in Health Center, this is the first place to adjust which items appear and which ones count toward the score.
