Telephone Timesheets may collect a worker’s mobile telephone number, SMS consent status, the date and method of consent, the disclosure version and opt-in source, message delivery information, opt-out status, and information needed to respond to support requests.

How SMS Information Is Used

SMS information is used to provide account-verification and timekeeping messages requested by or enabled for the worker. These messages may include one-time login codes, clock-in or clock-out confirmations and alerts, secure GPS check-in links, schedule information, and timecard notifications. Telephone Timesheets may also use this information to honor opt-out requests, maintain consent records, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the SMS program.

SMS Information Sharing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Telephone Timesheets does not sell, rent, or provide mobile numbers or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Telephone Timesheets uses telecommunications and service providers only as necessary to transmit messages and operate the SMS program on its behalf. Those providers are not permitted to use SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Telephone Timesheets. The SMS consent checkbox is blank by default and requires an affirmative choice by the worker. A worker who does not opt in can use the voice timeclock or another timekeeping method provided by the worker’s company.

Reply STOP to opt out of Telephone Timesheets text messages. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Additional program details are available in the SMS Terms and Conditions.
