- Payroll Integration. Exporting accurate timesheet entries directly to ADP, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or any system that supports standard format file import or API-based imports. This makes payroll quick and easy. No possibility of transposing a number or making other mistakes that are common when manually entering hours for payroll.
- Invoicing. Automatic rules-based invoicing system will generate perfect invoices for your customers based on the data Telephone Timesheets has collected. One time charges, overtime/holdiay upcharges, flat-rate charges per shift or per month, etc. If you can define the rules, we have the data and the invoicing engine to create the perfect invoice for your customer. Including a "Pay Now" button for easy payment collection.
