The top-level Admin menu contains the account-level pages used to configure your company and manage Telephone Timesheets subscription charges.
Depending on your permissions and enabled features, the Admin area can include:
- Settings for company-level setup and preferences
- Billing for Telephone Timesheets subscription charges, billing contacts, and payment methods
- Bill / Pay Rates for pay-rate configuration
- Change Password for your own admin login
- Audit Log for account activity review
Invoicing is a separate top-level Administrative Portal menu, not a child page under Admin. When invoicing is enabled for your account, that menu opens customer invoice workflows such as Invoices and Payments.
If you need to close the Telephone Timesheets account entirely, start from Billing, where the Close Account action is available.
