Settings

The Settings menu opens the main settings area for account-level configuration.

Your Settings screen may include different options depending on the features enabled for your account.

Use the Settings buttons to configure the following:

  • General Settings: Configure core company defaults such as timekeeping rules, job-code behavior, alerts, and other system-wide settings.
  • Company Profile: Update your company identity details, contact information, and branding items such as the logo.
  • Portal Preferences: Control how the administrative portal behaves for supervisors and office users.
  • Navigation Shortcuts: Configure the shortcut icons shown in the portal header for quicker navigation.
  • Employee Application: Configure the employee web and mobile app experience.
  • Employee Onboarding: Configure onboarding requirements and requested documents for new employees.
  • Employee Scoring: Configure employee scoring rules and score calculation settings.
  • Employee Surveys: Configure employee survey and checklist questions that can be required during shifts.
  • Inbound Call Blocking: Control which caller IDs are allowed or blocked when employees call in.
  • Archived Files: Manage secure archived files stored for the company.
  • Call Center: Configure call center and click-to-call settings for the account.
  • Analytics / Health: Configure analytics visibility and health-center scoring options.
