Telephone Timesheets SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the optional transactional text messaging program operated by Telephone Timesheets LLC (“Telephone Timesheets”). In these terms, worker includes both employees and 1099 contractors.
Program Description
After a worker affirmatively opts in, Telephone Timesheets may send transactional messages related to account verification and timeclock activity. Messages may include one-time login codes, clock-in or clock-out confirmations and alerts, secure GPS check-in links, schedule information, and timecard notifications.
Opt-In and Consent
Workers may opt in on the Telephone Timesheets worker application by entering their mobile number, reviewing the SMS disclosure, checking the blank consent checkbox, and selecting Text me a login code. The checkbox is not preselected. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Telephone Timesheets.
The optional SMS mobile-login workflow sends a one-time login code. Workers who do not opt in can use the voice timeclock or another timekeeping method provided by their company.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on account activity, company settings, schedules, and the worker’s use of Telephone Timesheets. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to any Telephone Timesheets text message to opt out. After you send STOP, Telephone Timesheets may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may depend on your carrier and mobile device.
Privacy
Telephone Timesheets handles SMS opt-in information as described in the SMS Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Changes to These Terms
Telephone Timesheets may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
